At Flawless Rentals LLC, a security deposit is required before every rental. The deposit helps protect against unpaid charges, damage, excessive cleaning, traffic violations, tolls, missing fuel, and other costs that may occur during the rental period.

Deposit Amount

The required security deposit will be disclosed before your rental begins.

Deposit Refunds

If the vehicle is returned on time, in the same condition, with the agreed fuel level, and no additional charges apply, your deposit will be refunded according to your payment method’s processing time.

Deductions

Your security deposit may be used to cover:

Vehicle damage
Smoking or excessive cleaning
Missing fuel
Late return fees
Toll charges
Traffic or parking violations
Lost keys or accessories
Any unpaid rental charges

Deposit Forfeiture

Failure to follow the Rental Agreement or returning the vehicle with significant damage, unauthorized use, or other serious violations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit.
