To ensure a safe and smooth rental experience, all customers must meet the following requirements before a vehicle is released.

Valid Driver’s License

A valid, non-expired driver’s license is required.

Minimum Age

Drivers must be at least 21 years old.

Insurance Options

Choose the option that works best for you:

Option 1 – Use Your Own Insurance
Provide proof of valid auto insurance that meets our rental requirements.

Option 2 – Use Flawless Rentals Coverage
Don’t have qualifying insurance? No problem. Optional rental coverage can be added to your reservation for an additional daily or weekly fee.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before pickup.

Payment

All rental charges, deposits, and any optional coverage fees must be paid before the vehicle is released.

Vehicle Care

No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
No reckless driving or illegal activity.
Return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Fuel Policy

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pickup. Additional refueling charges may apply if returned with less fuel.

Late Returns

Need more time? Contact us before your rental ends. Additional rental charges may apply for late returns.
