This Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the rental of vehicles from Flawless Rentals LLC. By signing a rental agreement or taking possession of a vehicle, you agree to comply with all policies outlined below.

Driver Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license required.
Identity verification is mandatory.
Proof of insurance may be required.

Rental Period
Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time. Extensions must be approved by Flawless Rentals before the scheduled return.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before every rental. Deposit refunds are subject to vehicle inspection and compliance with the rental agreement.

Vehicle Use
Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, rideshare services, off-road driving, or by unauthorized drivers.

Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented or refueling charges will apply.

Smoking & Pets
Smoking and unauthorized pets are prohibited. Cleaning fees may be charged if necessary.

Accidents & Damage
Any accident, theft, or mechanical issue must be reported immediately. Failure to report incidents may result in additional charges.

Late Returns
Late returns may incur additional rental charges and fees.

Agreement
By renting from Flawless Rentals LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
