Contact Flawless Rentals immediately.
Exchange information with all involved parties.
Take photos of all vehicles, damage, license plates, and the scene.

2. Vehicle Breakdown

Pull over safely.
Turn on hazard lights.
Contact Flawless Rentals immediately.
Do not authorize repairs without our approval.
We will arrange roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle when available.

3. Flat Tire

If it’s safe, install the spare if provided.
Otherwise, contact roadside assistance or Flawless Rentals.

4. Towing

Only use towing services approved by Flawless Rentals unless it’s an emergency.

5. Required Information

When you contact us, provide:

Your name
Rental agreement number
Vehicle location
Description of the problem
Photos if applicable

6. Important Reminder

Failure to report an accident, damage, or breakdown promptly may result in additional charges or affect coverage under the rental agreement.
